How to create dynamic tables

First, thanks for a great work.

Following tutoriel6 and tutoriel4 I'm trying to create a dynamic table.
My first step is to modify tutoriel6, my intention is to get difference columns instead of difference rows as I can see in the tutorial. When I get this the I will combine this solution with tutoriel6 to get what I want.
I've tried with this tests (and no touching php code tutoriel6.php):

In tests 1 and 2 I get only Exception ''articles' segment not found in the document''.
In test 3 I get an openoffice error 'Format error discover in file in subdocument content.xml'

Hello,

OdtPHP allows you to repeat simple row of table. It seems that you want to repeat rows two by two or more ? OdtPHP doesn't include this feature for now.

I think the best way to do that is to extend the library and over-write the _moveRowSegments (or create a new one).

Here is why what you're trying doesn't work. For a classic segment in a table :

In your template, you put the appropriate tags in a table in order to repeat a line like that :



But, in the XML code of the template, it looks like this (simplified) :

In order to repeat correctly the row, odtPHP first has to move beginning and ending tags around the row tags. The _moveRowSegments() look for <table-row> tag, and then, it checks if there is a segment prefixed by "row.".

I understand what you say, however what I want to do is to repeat simple columns instead of repeat simple rows of a table.
I'm keeping trying after a while, if a get something I'll notifice it here

Hi, ok I was wrong, but it's almost the same thing :p

I think it will be hard to repeat a column properly. In fact, you will have to repeat the "<table-data>" node for each line in order to create an entire new column !

You should extend the Odf class and add your own methods for repeating column. But for now, I don't see how to do that simply. If you find a solution, please share it

The following patch implements repeating multiple rows in a table like this:

<begin row>[!-- BEGIN row.segment --] .... <end row>
<begin row> .... <end row>
<begin row>[!-- END row.segment --] <end row>
